“Badasyan Consulting” LLC advises Ardshinbanks OJSC’s US 600 Milion Eurobond Issuance.

“Badasyan Consulting” LLC has acted as special counsel in the Republic of Armenia for Ardshinbank OJSC in connection with the successful issuance of USD 600 million in Eurobonds on international financial markets, with a 5-year maturity and a 6.6% yield. While acting as a local counsel we provided a strategic legal support and guidance throughout the process, including structuring the offering, advising on applicable regulatory requirements, and drafting and reviewing key transaction documentation in line with international standards.
